Description
You join the Physical Channels business (POS, agency banking and Pay With Bank Transfer) and help run its reporting, working beside senior analysts. You will:
- Update daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on processing volume, revenue, active terminals and yield per terminal
- Track month-on-month growth and help build simple forecasts with the senior analysts
- Group POS terminals into active, dormant and churned, and send weekly at-risk merchant lists to the sales teams
- Compare transactions across terminal app versions to find features that stopped working
- Check that merchant mapping and fees match the agreed pricing
- Audit CRM and database records so terminal IDs, merchant IDs and sales assignments stay correct
Qualifications & Skills
Must have 5
- 2–6 years in MIS, business intelligence or data analytics, ideally in payments or fintech
- Experience keeping recurring daily, weekly or monthly reports and dashboards
- Advanced Excel or SQL
- Comfort working with large transaction data sets
- Working knowledge of CRM and database systems, with care for data accuracy

- Exposure to POS, agency banking or other physical payment channels
- Interest in learning forecasting and scenario modelling
