Description
You join Renmoney's Market Intelligence & Insights team and work directly with its manager to study customers and the Nigerian fintech market. You will:
- Help design, script and send customer surveys on satisfaction, product use and market trends
- Help organise, and later run, customer interviews, focus groups and usability tests
- Analyse survey results and internal numbers to find patterns
- Track competitors' products, campaigns and positioning in Nigerian lending and fintech
- Create clear reports and presentations for Product, Marketing and Management
- Support research projects from start to finish
Qualifications & Skills
Must have 6
- Strong curiosity about customer behaviour and market trends
- A solid understanding of Renmoney's products, customers and operations
- Clear written and spoken communication, and the ability to make complex ideas simple
- Comfort with basic data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
- Good business sense, problem-solving and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn both number-based and people-based research methods
Nice to have 1
- Experience in customer experience, data analytics, product or operations
